Balloon Release & Petition Launch was held on Sunday 21st October 2007 on Brighton Pier

We released balloons to represent the 9,000 people currently in need of an organ transplant and the 401 who have died this year whilst waiting for a transplant.

N.B.  Balloons were released within the Food Court Dome on the Pier, and NOT outside, as in our efforts to save human lives, we would not want to put other forms of life at risk.

At a recent visit to their training session, we were overwhelmed by the support given by  the players for our campaign.  As well as registering themselves as Organ Donors and signing our Petition, the Team have also donated an item of memorabelia for our 'Shopping Mall Prize Draw'Many Thanks Boys...!!

Our recent shopping mall raise awareness campaign was a huge success and we would like to thank the management of The Guildbourne Centre Worthing - Eastbourne's Arndale Centre and Brighton's Churchill Square for allowing us to have a stand at their centres.

We are happy to report that since our campaign began on 4th September 2007 to 14th January 2008 a massive 5524 people have registered as Organ Donors in the BN Postcodes alone.
